The community name, your name and phone number are required. The other fields are optional. Include a board meeting date or access requirements if you have them.
Roof records for the board's decision
The written scope identifies the units and work to be assessed. Findings and photographs are filed by address. The association keeps the documentation for its records, reserve studies and insurance renewals. Insurance coverage, reserve recommendations and association assessments remain decisions for the insurer, qualified advisers and board.
